Humboldt Unified School District has a Family Resource Center that provides free clothing, shoes and school supplies to the general public, as well as HUSD families. All items are donated by community members, churches and various organizations.
National Crime Prevention Council helps people keep themselves, their families, and their communities safe from crime. To achieve this, NCPC produces tools that communities can use to learn crime prevention strategies, engage community members, and coordinate with local agencies.
Stepping Stones Agencies opened its doors in 1980 as Northern Arizona's 1st shelter for women and their children. They provide a blend of therapeutic and advocacy responses to women and their children seeking help from many forms of abuse, victimization and homelessness.
